Americare West Home Health Services provides home health services to patients and their families in the communities of Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

We are Medicare certified, licensed by the Department of Public Health, and accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program).

Our caring staff works closely with each patient, family, and healcare providers to develop a personalized and comprehensive plan of care. We will promptly perform complete in-home assessments to determine the needs of each patient.

Our interdisciplinary team of professionals communicates a positive and helpful attitude toward all of our patients. And in each case, we do everything possible to bring every patient to an optimal level of health and comfort.

CHAP

We accept referrals and are available during our office hour of 9:00am - 5:00pm.

On-call nurses are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

We accept Medicare, Medical, and self-pay.
